It's been awhile since we've communicated here and as you all know, a lot has happened. It seems that the Covid-19 virus is on the wane for the time being and we're relieved to see Vermont beginning to open back up for goods and services. Aspire Together is reopening slowly as well! We are looking forward to clients being able to return for classes and baby necessities. While the center was closed, we offered online and phone "visits", but nothing compares to meeting in person. Often when people are forced to stay at home, there are "baby booms" and this may be one of those times. We hope you will spread the word to pregnant people you know about our services and point them our way! This virus has shaken many assumptions about day-to-day life and this may be God's way of presenting opportunities to point the way to His perfect peace and grace. A big question for us has been how to hold one of our two most important fundraisers of the year: the Baby Bottle Campaign. We are reaching out once again to each church pastor or liaison about picking up or having the supplies delivered so that each church can run the campaign in whatever way works best for their situation. Since Mother's Day is almost upon us, many churches might not be ready to have regular worship just yet - especially if they have a large congregation. We are willing to work with each situation and are very grateful that so many of you are determined to help us in this way. Please continue to pray for the family unit. If America will not protect all life at all stages, then we are saying to our Creator that we know better what is best for us. Historically, that has never ended well!
