Hello friends!

We decided to create a website just for you, our donor friends.  While we'll be keeping the AT Donors Facebook page, it's limitations steered us toward creating a webpage that will allow us to share more content with you.

As many of you know, we rely heavily on volunteers, who want to work at assisting this local mission.  We have been blessed recently with the addition of Jenna Alessandro to our Client Services team. Jenna just graduated UVM and here's what was said about Jenna at the Commencement ceremony:  "Elementary Education major Jenna Alessandro receives the Janet Bossange Leadership Award, named after a beloved college leader who was a quiet force of scholarship, service, diligence, and kindness. Jenna excelled academically, while also participating in numerous local, regional and national service opportunities that helped make a difference in the lives of others."  The announcer even mentioned Jenna served at Aspire Together!

 Jenna exemplifies service and selflessness and we are so grateful for her choosing to be at Aspire Together.

We have been busy implementing the new program of offering STD/STI testing and are beginning to see some new faces coming in to take advantage of this service.  Interestingly, once we began to offer STI/STD testing free-of-charge, a certain other entity changed that service to a free service!  

Our current nurse Tammy Brown is busy training Lynne Caulfield to take her place.  Lynne will be doing ultrasound/sonography training this month  - both in VT and at the Heartbeat International conference in Ohio.  

Terri Seward will be stepping down as our Development Director in August.  If you know of anyone who is tech-savvy, outgoing, not shy about "doing the ask" for funding and in-kind goods,  please have them contact us.  They must be a mature Christian, strong in their faith.  

Thank you, Tammy and Terri.  Your humor, attention to detail and willingness to go that extra 10 miles for the ministry are appreciated.  We wish you both the best in your next endeavors!

​Also, we now have three new volunteers trained and ready to work with clients as client advocates: Jaree Barber from Daybreak Community Church, Lily Bounds from St. Catherine of Siena and Maria Troland from Ignite.  We are so happy to have your help!
